I think I'm more of alive to eat person. Not sure where it came from but I like to eat. I'd rather eat all the junk then all the good stuff. I have gotten better with it. It all takes time.
Plus I eat when I'm stressed. Really any emotion. Luckily I am working with a doctor to help me work through the issues. I am glad I am doing it. It has helped me realize that it's just not changing my eating habits but my views on food.
